A Site Visit & Design Consultation Florida is the first step toward solving noise problems with confidence. During this on-site visit, Florida Soundproofing evaluates your residential or commercial property to understand how sound travels through walls, ceilings, floors, doors, and other building assemblies. Our experienced consultants identify the sources of airborne and impact noise, discuss your project goals, and gather the information needed to recommend the most effective REVRB® soundproofing solution.
During your consultation, our specialists perform a detailed evaluation of your property to ensure every recommendation is based on real-world conditions rather than assumptions. We carefully measure the affected spaces, document existing construction details, identify potential sound transmission paths, and discuss your performance expectations and budget. When appropriate, we also review finish materials, architectural considerations, and installation requirements to create a practical soundproofing strategy.
Following your consultation, you’ll receive a professional assessment outlining our findings and recommended soundproofing solutions. This may include suggested REVRB® products, construction methods, estimated project scope, and a detailed quotation designed specifically for your property. Our recommendations focus on long-term acoustic performance while helping you avoid costly mistakes during installation.
The consultation fee varies depending on project size, property location, and the complexity of the soundproofing requirements. For many projects, a portion of the consultation fee may be credited toward your installation when you proceed with Florida Soundproofing. Our team will clearly explain all costs before scheduling your appointment so there are no surprises.
We’ll work with you to find a mutually agreeable date and time for the visit. A confirmation call will be made the day before. We’ll update you if there are any unforeseen travel issues.
The fee will vary based on location and magnitude of scope. If you move forward with a contract, we will credit you back 50% of the Site Visit / Design Consultation fee towards your job. Payment by check made out to Sonic-Shield is due before the team leaves.
Every building behaves differently when it comes to sound transmission. Two properties with similar layouts may require completely different soundproofing solutions depending on their construction materials, framing methods, HVAC systems, and existing finishes. A professional Site Visit & Design Consultation eliminates guesswork by identifying the actual cause of noise problems before recommending products or construction methods. This approach helps reduce unnecessary expenses while improving the effectiveness of your investment.
Whether you’re planning a new construction project or trying to solve an existing noise problem, Florida Soundproofing provides professional on-site evaluations backed by years of acoustic experience. Our consultants identify the source of unwanted noise, recommend customized REVRB® soundproofing solutions, and help you make informed decisions before construction or renovation begins.
